Welcome to Hawks Nest Beautiful & Bright Penthouse Apartment. To ensure that guests are fully informed and can make the most of their stay, we provide the following guidance.
Check In & Check Out
- Check in is 2.00pm.
- Check out is 10.00 am
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date.
- A 50% refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled after 21 days and within 7 days of the arrival date.
- No refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled after 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Other House Matters
- The apartment is non smoking.
- No pets are allowed.
- The number of guests cannot exceed 6.
- Parties and events are not allowed in the premises.
- We have prepared a booklet, kept in the apartment, which contains useful information for guests, including operating instructions for the sauna, spa, TV, BBQ, oven, coffee machine and other appliances. The booklet also includes the code for the car park and the Internet password. We hope that this booklet will be of assistance and will make life a little easier for our guests.
