HAWKS NEST BEAUTIFUL & BRIGHT PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
The recently renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its bright & spacious living areas include a well equipped kitchen, a large open plan living and dining area, 2 balconies with dining settings and a light-filled atrium. The apartment also has its own sauna and spa rooms.
Addons For Cleaning, Bedding & Laundry Fees
Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. A base charge of $140 per booking is made to cover cleaning, bedding and laundry. An additional charge is made where there are more than 2 guests. These charges will be displayed after you press the “Check Availability” and “Book Now” buttons before you commit to a booking.
Minimum Stay
2 days
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date.
- A 50% refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled after 21 days and within 7 days of the arrival date.
- No refund will be allowed if a booking is cancelled after 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Weekly Stays
If you are booking for 7 days or more, we offer a lower daily rate, which will appear when you press the “Check Availability” button.
For Longer Stays
For stays of more than 1 week, please contact us so that we can advise a discounted rate.
Payment
Once your booking is made, we will contact you to arrange for payment to be made.
Children
The apartment is suitable for children aged 7 years and above.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check In is after 2.00 pm
Check Out is by 10.00 am
Arrangements can be made for collection of keys from a security box if you will be checking in after business hours.
Other Policies
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the building
Parties/events are not allowed
Pets are not allowed.
